A conversation course in which English real estate terminology is developed through an examination of German and international real estate business. Using hypothetical property offers and correspondence, participants are encouraged to refine their conversational skills by taking part in simulated negotiations with investors, developers or occupiers. The course will be of interest to all property professionals — both agent and principal — seeking to improve their ability to deal with English-speaking counterparts.
